What's Keeping You Awake? (Insomnia #2)

Gonna miss him. My tribute to the legend that is Ash/Fatwrecked. If you missed what I said... here it is: In this video I will share some of my own memories of Ash who I have known for around ten months. I was going back through my Youtube messages the other day only to discover that Ash first message to me was sent on my birthday in July last year after I'd left a message on his own channel. I think at first I saw him as a rival which hopefully he'd take as a compliment as it was this friendly rivalry between the 2 of us that inspired me to come up with some of my own creations. In general Ash preferred to keep to himself online. But if ever a friend was in need then he'd be there for them. Sometimes I did wonder how he managed to find the time, but somehow he did and I have him to thank for watching my back on more than one occasion. I'm sure many others would say the same. Along with this he seemed to have an almost infinite supply of patience for the people he didn't know which is very accuratly reflected in the reactions to his sad passing away. The first Videos's of Ash's that I saw were level 99 skilling videos which I could immediatly relate to as this was the kind of video I was uploading myself. He soon went on to upload further videos that would reveal a much more creative side in some very original and well edited productions. It was Ash's willingness to work on totally original ideas which gained my utmost respect and in January I asked him to work on a little idea i had... Ash's involvement in Runescape karaoke was absoutely key, I think he was the second person I asked to get involved to which he quickly agreed. Not only did he lend his voice to the project but he was there right from the start getting other people involved. Without him, the video would have turned out very differently. We were pushing the boundaries of runescape video making and I think it was very fitting that he was in it and consequently no surprise that it went on to work as well as it did. Outwardly, Ash was always a happy guy who to many didn't seem to have a care in the world but despite this, his life wasn't easy. He kept this to himself with a quiet dignity that you will struggle to find in others. He left behind him many unique achievements and made a lot of people happy which is how he'd want everyone to continue to be even now he is gone. Take care guys
