Mogadishu, Somalia's chaotic capital, is sliding back into anarchy after armed groups launched the latest in a series of hit-and-run rocket attacks yesterday. The transitional government is struggling to take control, raising fears that the city faces a Baghdad-style insurgency which could claim the lives of hundreds of civilians.
