Pump Price Spike Feared
In its weekly inventory report, the Energy Department's Energy Information Administration said gasoline stockpiles were unchanged last week and refinery utilization fell. Analysts had expected solid increases in both measures. As a result, some analysts think prices at the pump are about to stop falling.
